Primetreatment assesses therapists on the following quality measures:

  • Professional Qualifications/Associations/Continuing Education(CPD)
  • Degree level
  • Diploma level
  • Membership of Regulatory Body
  • Mentorship/evidence of CPD
  • Research/Teaching Interests.
  • Other professional posts eg: NHS/Charitable/Voluntary/Commercial
  • Evidence of audit - eg new patient/Follow- up Ratio
  • Accessibility and availability
  • Ease of initial contact
  • Flexible availability/out of hours contact
  • Domiciliary Visits.
  • Documentation / liaison
  • Quality of initial information/website
  • Provision of treatment specific information.
  • Patient notes/Electronic record
  • Evidence of patient consent to treatment
  • Routine liaison with other health Professional eg GP

This is then expressed as a percentage
